INFORMATION

1. Vi erbjuder numera endast tidsbokning, du kan boka din tid här. För uthämtning av klara dokument krävs ingen tidsbokning.

2. Vi har ett par dagars handläggningstid. Vid arbetsanhopning kan handläggningstiderna förlängas. Vid inlämning får man ett exakt besked om när man kan hämta ut sin inlämnade handling. We usually have some days of processing. At the time that you visit us with your document, we will give you an exact day when you can come here again to collect your document.
3. Vi accepterar kortbetalning och Swish som betalmedel.             For payment, we accept credit card and Swish. 
4. Vi utför inga översättningar utan hänvisar till Kammarkollegiet.   We do not do any translations. Please visit Kammarkollegiet.  
5. Vi tar ej emot växelprotester utan hänvisar till Kronofogden.         We do not accept växelprotester. Please visit Kronofogden. 
6. Ej uthämtade inlämnade handlingar destrueras efter ett (1) år.                              Uncollected documents will be destroyed after one (1) year.
